The Challenge
Mitchell's Barbershop runs three busy locations across Essex with a walk-in only model. Customers had no way to know wait times before arriving, leading to frustration, walkways, and lost revenue. Staff had no data on peak patterns or customer flow.
What We Built
We designed and built Qlo — a full-stack SaaS platform with real-time queue tracking, AI-powered wait time predictions, geofence-based auto check-in, push notifications, and a manager dashboard with traffic analytics. The platform runs across web, iOS, and a dedicated admin panel.

The Challenge
Mitchell's needed a website that matched the premium, editorial quality of their in-shop experience. The existing site didn't reflect their 30-year heritage or the luxury positioning they'd built. They also needed academy enrolment forms and newsletter capture.
What We Built
We built a luxury editorial website with video hero backgrounds, dark mode, parallax animations, and a full academy section. Forms integrate directly with Google Sheets via serverless functions. The site includes structured SEO data, cookie consent, and responsive design optimised for large screens.

KOZMIC — Recruitment Sales CRM & Pipeline Dashboard
The Challenge
The team was managing their entire sales pipeline in spreadsheets and Notion pages with no visibility on deal velocity, stale opportunities, or revenue forecasting. They needed a purpose-built CRM that matched their specific recruitment workflow stages.
What We Built
We built a full CRM with Kanban pipeline board, drag-and-drop deal management, revenue forecasting with three scenarios (committed, weighted, best-case), team workload tracking, client heatmaps, and stale deal alerts. All data syncs bi-directionally with Notion in real time.
