The Challenge
Barringtons is an independent Essex property firm with 20+ years of local market expertise and a portfolio of 500+ managed properties. Their existing site didn't carry that authority — dated layout, slow on mobile, and no clear route for landlords or vendors to enquire by service type.
The brief was a refresh that looked premium, performed on a phone, and routed enquiries cleanly into the right inbox.
What We Built
We rebuilt the site on Next.js 14 with editorial typography, large hero imagery, and a service-routing contact flow that splits enquiries by lettings, sales, and valuations. Property imagery is optimised and lazy-loaded so the page is fast on a slow mobile connection. Accessibility is built in by default — keyboard navigation, semantic landmarks, sufficient colour contrast.
