The Challenge
Researching prospects and writing genuinely personalised cold emails took hours every week. Off-the-shelf outreach tools blast templates that read like templates. Anything that did real research per prospect needed an analyst sitting in front of a browser for half an hour per email.
We wanted to prove that an AI agent could do that research at human quality, draft a first-touch email that referenced the prospect's actual business, and route the response back to a human for review — at a price-per-email that made the unit economics work.
What We Built
We built a full outreach platform: prospect import from CSV or LinkedIn, automated website research via Firecrawl, structured extraction of the prospect's business model, pain points, and recent activity, and a Gemini-generated personalised email draft. A HubSpot-style pipeline view shows where every prospect sits, with a swipe-to-triage mobile interface for reviewing drafts on the go.
Responses come back through a Zoho Mail integration and surface in the dashboard with thread context. A suggestion banner learns from which drafts you accept and rejects, so the next batch lands closer to your voice.
